∎ 3 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator, Adobe XD, Creative Design, Graphic Design, Prototyping, UI Design, UIUX Design, Web Design
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Deeply passionate about design
∎ Has an impressive track record and an outstanding design portfolio. Experience designing software-as-a-service ++
∎ Experience with successful software implementations in real business applications (web or mobile);
∎ 3+ years of experience working in IT-related company UX Designer, Product Designer, UX researcher or similar UX related role for digital products.
∎ Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
∎ Bring ideas and concepts to life through creative designs
∎ Analyze and extend the features of our existing products in terms of usability and UX
∎ Collaborate closely with Product and Design to develop long term research plans
∎ Adapt and innovate research methods to deliver the right insights for the problem
∎ You regularly study new things
∎ Be ready to self-organize and self-manage and make own decisions about what to do in order to deliver the result;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ You see UX/UI Design as a problem-solving-discipline, not Art
∎ Knows about Agile methodologies such as SCRUM is a ++
Salary: Tk. 40000 - 70000 (Monthly)
