Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead design projects across the entire product lifecycle and multiple product launches. You set the vision for the user experience and create the space for others to collaborate
∎ Create designs that uses find eye-catching and easy to use
∎ Design an interface that is highly usable and efficient
∎ Create a way for users to attain goals more effortlessly and directly
∎ Ensure existing UI guidelines and standards are followed during the development and maintenance of the product/site
∎ Conduct and/or participate in product usability tests with users
∎ Communicate and work effectively with cross-functional team members including, but not limited to developers, writers, scrum master, and business analysts
∎ Collaborate with engineers to identify and solve complex projects and issues
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 5+ years working on digital projects and leading product lifecycle
∎ Strong visual design skills for top-notch design capabilities
∎ Experience creating maps, wireframes, and customer journeys
∎ Expert knowledge of mobile device and OS specific design patterns (iOS/Android)
∎ Be able to commit to big or small projects and excel in them
∎ Proficient in multiple design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator), Sketch, Framer, Principle, Zeplin, Flinto, etc
∎
∎ ***Other requirements-
∎ Spoken English Skill- Good (Need to talk with the head office of the company regularly)
∎ Need to attend meetings & training on pacific standard time (Which is at night in BD time zone)
∎ Company want's to open an office in Dhaka in the future. So need to work on the office when it will start.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 50000 - 84000 (Monthly)
∎ Up to $1000 (Equivalents up to 84,000 tk)
