Job Responsibilities

• Responsible of the production department of C. P. Bangladesh Co. Ltd (Food Unit – 1).
• Look after the food electrical management & technical Service, food production, cost control.
• All aspects of the mill's power supply. This includes the high-voltage substation, main switch gear, transformers, and the entire power distribution network that foods electricity to every machine in the agro food mill.
• Manage and optimise energy consumption. Food mills are extremely power-intensive, with large motors on equipment and identify opportunities for energy savings. 
• Manage the integrity and functionality of systems of Food Mill, which control everything from ingredient batching and mixing to pelleting parameters. 
• The care and maintenance of all motors and their associated drives of Food Mill. This includes monitoring their health, ensuring they are properly sized for the application, and managing their replacement or repair. 
• All aspects of the food mill's power supply. High-voltage substation, main switch gear, transformers and the entire power distribution network that feeds electricity to every machine in the mill. 
• Feed waste reduction, employee satisfaction & other KPIs, growth management. 
• Implement and monitor power control measures throughout the production process to ensure high standards for food. 
• Assist in the training and on boarding of new production staff. 
• Must have production technical aspect, cost analysis, management & cost saving, corporate issue and the database of the software. 
• Maintain training schedule for subordinate stuff & time to time report to HR dept.
• Should have the positive mentality and impression to take more responsibility aligned with the department, if required.
• Advanced English proficiency in writing and speaking.
• Knowledge and understanding of Thai language will be an additional advantage.

· Consulate USD: 1,812.00 (Monthly)

· Basic USD: 1,600.00, House Rent USD: 108.00,

Conveyance Allowance USD: 21.00, Medical Allowance USD: 83.00
