Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Perform schedule generator and electrical maintenance of BRAC field offices as per yearly maintenance schedule.
∎ Carry out fault finding and diagnosis to a range of petrol generator sets.
∎ Resolve electrical and mechanical engine problems.
∎ Replace electrical and mechanical components.
∎ Carry out basic engine servicing.
∎ Carry out site testing.
∎ Be a part of the on-call servicing.
∎ Job Purpose: To support generator and electrical maintenance work of BRAC field offices, Maintenance Engineer assist Supervisor in performing basic maintenance work including schedule maintenance and on call support.
∎ Key Responsibilities
∎ Perform schedule generator and electrical maintenance of BRAC field offices as per yearly maintenance schedule.
∎ Carry out fault finding and diagnosis to a range of petrol generator sets.
∎ Resolve electrical and mechanical engine problems.
∎ Replace electrical and mechanical components.
∎ Carry out basic engine servicing.
∎ Carry out site testing.
∎ Be a part of the on-call servicing.
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
