∎ Bachelor/ Masters in any subject with B.Ed/ M.ED degree from any recognized university.
∎ At least 10 years’ experience from any reputed residential /Nonresidential modernized Ideal Girls School.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing and implementing policing and procedures to meet the needs Students and Teachers.
∎ Overseeing the hiring of new staff’s members, evaluating this performance and making decisions about termination or advance nest based on performance.
∎ Evaluating Student progress and communicating with parents about any concerns.
∎ Honoring Individual Student needs by creating an environment that is safe, supportive and challenging.
∎ Conducting staff meeting to discuss good and objectives, as well as issues regarding student discipline or staff relationships.
∎ Maintaining records of student attendance grade, behavior issue and others pertinent information.
∎ Managing fund and financial record for ensure fiscal responsibility.
∎ Providing guidance to Teachers and others staff members regarding pedagogical methods, classroom Management and curriculums planning
∎ Planning lessons that align work state standards and meet student diverse needs.

∎ Age 35 to 45 years
