∎ B.Sc. or Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 8 year(s)

Service/ support, Technical Service
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
∎ Perform hands-on troubleshooting, servicing or repairing of engines.
∎ Ensure first contact resolution of complaints from customers and stay in the customer site as long as needed to resolve the issues.
∎ Provide dedicated service to the customers for the installed engines/machines in the customer location to ensure customer satisfaction and make annual maintenance agreements with customers wherever possible.
∎ Develop Service technical documentation.
∎ Attend field service calls and deal with customer queries professionally.
∎ Solve the issues arising from the field service visits collaborating with field application scientists.
∎ Overhaul engine with proper diagnosis and complete within estimated time with proper resolution.
∎ Maintain monthly maintenance of engines as per AMC and keep record of it.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Ability to identify problems in engines and provide first contact resolution.
∎ Must have hands-on knowledge on engine installation, synchronization, troubleshooting and overhauling.
∎ Must be ready for extensive travelling.
∎ The incumbent should have at least 4 years work experience in Generator/Engine Service with similar industry.
