∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceuticals

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Keep in close touch with the changing market environment and customer needs and propose new products to meet those needs
∎ Launching of new products
∎ Set the market share and growth objectives of assigned products and prepare annual marketing plan to achieve those objectives
∎ Transform the annual marketing plan into implementable monthly action plan
∎ Develop the planned promotional materials (Literature, pad, booklet, sticker, poster, gift etc.) within the allocated budget and ensure the availability
∎ Arrange to send the monthly action plan, promotional materials and develop strategies to fight back competition
∎ Collect and compile latest scientific information of assigned products
∎ Give training to the field forces regarding the strategies of assigned products
∎ Conduct monthly sales conference:
∎ Analyze performance of own products, as well as competitive brands
∎ Motivate sales people to achieve the company objectives
∎ Visit doctors and chemists regularly to get the real pulse of the market and set strategies accordingly
∎ Answer to doctors queries regarding assigned products
∎ Help in the recruitment and training procedures of new MPO
∎ Conduct any special project assigned by the supervisor for the better interest of the company

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 36 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
