Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Engineering
∎ Diploma in CSE/ECE/EEE/IT
∎ B.Sc/M.Sc in CSE/ECE/IT from any Govt. Approved University and any RDBMS database like MS SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL/Oracle SQL Course-Completed will be given preference.
∎ Skills Required: IT System Management, Networking and Security Access control

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Access Control, System Engineer (Computer Network & System), Troubleshoot hardware and software.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, IT Enabled Service

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring and managing all existing systems, network appliances, hardware and any other related IT infrastructure in coordination and direction of the Group Concern Head.
∎ Ensuring that appropriate IT security protocols (pertaining to IT security, software & hardware troubleshooting, Camera Hardware Support Maintaining, Access Control System, Time and Attendance System, Hardware & Networking, IT Support Service, Windows Server) are developed and put in place.
∎ Provide technical support when needed on a company-wide scale, including factors such as (but not limited to): supervising & training end-users, ensuring consistent data backup, correcting wrong data inputs/postings and providing support in recovering data due to any unforeseen disaster (if any), unplanned power outages and downtime.
∎ Manage IT or others concern fixed asset life cycle, movement record and IT store maintenance.
∎ Assist with the development of the IT infrastructure including the installation of standard computer equipment and distribution of equipment within the Organization.
∎ Analyze budget and Identifying business requirements, recommend and help to implement modern and unique technology solutions to enhance productivity.
∎ IT-related cable warring (Network, Telephone, Camera, etc.), Computer Hardware Support (OS, Driver, Software, Mail, etc.), Network Hardware Support (Cable warring, MikroTik Routers, Device Setup, etc.), Camera Hardware Support (Cable warring, Device Setup, video surveillance system like-DVR, NVR & IP Camera Installation, Configuration & Monitoring, and troubleshooting etc.), Attendance Device Support (Cable warring, Device Setup, etc.), Server maintenance (Active directory, file server).
∎ To maintain Troubleshoot and Deploy IT networks and servicing all types of Printers, Scanner, Online/Offline UPS, IPS and Biometric Attendance Systems.
∎ To communicate with vendors for technical support and program updates as needed to resolve.
∎ Provide help desk support for networking-related issues.
∎ Facilitate cross-functional team meetings with various company departments to verify business solutions and operations are being optimized from IT solutions.
∎ Managing ERP systems and conducting proper communication on a day-to-day basis with all relevant departments to ensure that accurate data entry and postings are being inputted.
∎ Update and maintain all ERP functional documentations. Create system guidelines and manuals for the organization and Test and Implement ERP modules.
∎ Monitor and maintain different ERP and Database Servers & services.
∎ Accomplishes organizational goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests for exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
∎ Ready-to-do any other assignment assigned by the company management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate should have effective communication, presentation, and writing skills.
∎ Should have knowledge of complex Structured Query Language (SQL) and strong background in any RDBMS database like Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL etc.
∎ Proficiency in any programming languages (optional, but highly preferable).
∎ Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills in the field of IT management.
∎ Ability to organize and manage multiple projects and tasks within the expected time frame.
∎ Should have general knowledge in cyber security, computer hardware, software & network systems.
∎ Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
∎ Strong math and critical reasoning skills.
∎ Ability to read/ write English.

Salary: Tk. 18000 - 20000 (Monthly)
