∎ Has established a state-of-the-art LPG Import, Storage, Bottling and Distribution
∎ Terminal in Sitakunda, Chattogram. The Main Terminal is located at Sitakunda in Chattogram and satellite stations will
∎ be in Broader Dhaka & Mongla/Khulna region. The company is now looking for a dynamic, self-motivated and high
∎ caliber individual for the following position:
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze all requisition (PR) and sorting required items for purchase.
∎ Co-ordinate with stakeholder to make the item specified and arrange sample if necessary.
∎ Sourcing for new material and supplier.
∎ Cost effective purchase with optimum time.
∎ Focus on material and processing lead time and take analyze to reduce.
∎ Take quick action for short lead time order.
∎ Assess the product cost with the current Market price.
∎ Generating Work Order as per approved purchasing procedure.
∎ Check work order price with the approval matrix.
∎ Collect quotations & make price comparison for approval.
∎ Close follow up with plant and concern stake holder.
∎ Categories items and find out the supply market to immediate source.
∎ Negotiation with supplier for price, quality and lead time.
∎ Working with Store dept. closely to use excess goods in order to reduce excess inventory.
∎ Submit all purchase information to audit, finance & accounts regarding payment of supplier and approval.
∎ Maintain store and procurement related all materials, documents, forms, statements and hunt wastage
∎ materials.
∎ Maintain supplier bill, MRR, Challan, Invoices and take proper approval for payment.
∎ Work on ERP system for procurement, inventory recording.
∎ Well understanding in local markets for sourcing and frequent visits.
∎ Assist in any other ad-hoc task assigned by your superior or management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Having minimum of 3-5 years' professional experience in SCM dept. is a must.
∎ Having worked previously in LPG industry would get preference.
∎ Sound knowledge in Sourcing, Procurement, Negotiation & Commercial activities.
∎ ERP/SAP knowledge would be preferred
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Depends On Experience
