Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Commercial/ Purchase, International Procurement, Suppliers and Vendor Management, Supply Chain
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing PSI/Demand Planning of Service Spare Parts.
∎ Sourcing for Foreign and Local parts.
∎ Ordering the parts to the suppliers.
∎ Regular checking with store person and service person to ensure no nonmoving parts are being ordered.
∎ Giving Purchase order to supplier.
∎ Making LC/TT requisition form and other documents and taking approval.
∎ Following up with F&A for LC/TT.
∎ Following up the suppliers for on time delivery
∎ Cost minimization from Relevant Areas
∎ Arrangement of forwarder for shipment of parts.
∎ Collaboration with SKD & CBU orders regularly and keep tracking of new product models and arrange parts accordingly.
∎ Collaborating with factory for parts support.
∎ Negotiation with concern party for Door-to-door shipment.
∎ Connecting with C&F agent for port clearance and arrangement of required documents.
∎ Handling Local purchase of parts.
∎ Ensuring all bill payment to suppliers.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 44 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ ERP/IFS knowledge added qulaification

Salary: Negotiable
