∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Incumbent should have adequate product knowledge & HS coding expertise to prepare Proforma Invoice as per local customs requirement for importing goods.
∎ Should have adequate knowledge on import procedure, customs act and documentation.
∎ Previous experience of work in SAP is preferred.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Analyze the orders (PR).
∎ Issuing work order & order follow up with Supplier & related parties.
∎ Prepare all source documents and forward to F&A for LC opening.
∎ Responsible for data entry in SAP.
∎ Responsible for Bill processing.
∎ Prepare bill settlement report for Management.
∎ Source vendor for various spare parts and services.
∎ Monitor supplier performance and address any issues related to delivery, quality, or cost.
∎ Work closely with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any issues related to shipment and transportation.
