∎ B.Sc Engineering in EEE or Chemical Engineering.
Experience Requirements:

Manufacturing, Quality control
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist line manager to assess & ensure Quality of incoming raw materials, intermediate and finished products as per standard
∎ Report process variations and identify areas for improvement.
∎ Prepare required reports for management information.
∎ Assess & organize reagents/chemicals and other materials as required for lab operations and testing for quality assurance.
∎ Test, assess, and ensure the quality of incoming raw material as per set quality standard.
∎ Maintain and calibrate measuring instruments as per standard & schedule.
∎ Ensure and maintain compliance of operation with ISO 9001:2015 QMS standard, ISO 14001 standard, and ISO 45001 standard and company policy.
∎ Build and ensure good teamwork and motivate the workforce.
∎ Ensure continual improvement of the QC process and of self-improvement.
∎ Upgrade QC workforce through good practices of "I+10" habits.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 1 - 2 years experience in manufacturing/ process industry. Candidates should have knowledge on calibration principles, QMS and ISO standard and should have skills in analysis, leadership, communication and computer.
∎ Apart from this, the candidate should be dynamic, organized, self-starter, analytical, innovative and goal oriented.
