Job Context:
∎ Department: Office of Controller of Examinations
∎ Location: Primeasia University, Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Working on grade sheet/transcript preparation of a degree program at the university level under the direction of COE.
∎ Working on result preparation, checking, and publication of the result of a degree program under the direction of COE.
∎ Receiving application from students, preparing, checking and processing to issue the provisional and original certificate of a degree including the printing of certificates with the printer under the direction of COE.
∎ Performing work related to the verification of degree certificates from home and aboard.
∎ Preparing and maintaining the information of degree-awarding department in soft and hard copy format confidentially.
∎ Work under the supervision of COE.
∎ Perform such other duties as may be assigned by the COE.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 1-3 years experience in the similar position.
∎ Brilliant proficiency in MS Office; especially in MS Word and MS Excel is mandatory.
∎ Responsible for ensuring and maintaining strict secrecy/confidentiality of all information related to the examination and result publications.
Salary: Negotiable
