Audit and Cost Management Accounting, Credit Management, Finance/ Accounts
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Research and evaluate client's credit worthiness;
∎ Create credit scoring models to predict risks;
∎ Approve or reject loan requests, based on credibility and potential revenues and losses;
∎ Calculate and set interest rates;
∎ Negotiate loan terms with clients;
∎ Monitor payments;
∎ Maintain records of loan applications;
∎ Analyzing costs by studying historical data, identifying trends in expenses and recommending cost reduction strategies;
∎ Monitoring budgets and expenses to ensure compliance with company policies;
∎ Working with other departments to identify opportunities for increasing efficiency or improving workflow processes within the organization;
∎ Recommending changes to production methods based on current industry trends;
∎ Forecasting labor needs for future projects by analyzing workloads and project schedules;
∎ Managing projects from start to finish including planning, organizing, Staffing budgeting, forecasting, scheduling and reporting results;
∎ Recommending ways to improve processes to save time and money.
