Job Context:
∎ Jakson International Limited (JIL) is the Bangladesh unit of Jakson Group. It is the authorized country distributor of Cummins Diesel & Gas Gensets. It is also the exclusive partner for Cummins Marine Engines and Gensets in Bangladesh. In addition, it is the country distributor for Hyster material handling equipment, Cummins alternators and Valvoline lubricants. JIL is looking for a dynamic and energetic leader for its Sales Team of Cummins Diesel & Gas Gensets.
∎ The incumbent shall be responsible for the sales of Powergen which involves Cummins Diesel & Gas Genset.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Search for customers to ensure sales of Powergern Business (Diesel & Gas Genset) to meet the annual Sales plan.
∎ Meet gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies, analyzing trends and results.
∎ Implement sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
∎ Conduct market research and monitor supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
∎ Develop rapport, build trust and create value in relationships with customers for smooth sales process.
∎ Review strategy and marketing plan along with team members to attract new clients, markets and industries.
∎ Motivate & train up the sales personnel to achieve business objectives.
∎ Prepare & maintain client's database (existing & upcoming), keep track of sales and revenue and analyze sales trends.
Additional Requirements:
∎ In depth knowledge of Diesel and Gas Generator.
∎ Dynamic & Smart leader and able to work with team.
∎ Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Knowledge of principles and methods for promoting and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
∎ Updated Knowledge on customer demand, market condition, market penetration, segmentation and pricing.
∎ The incumbent should have at least 6 years work experience in Generator Sales with similar industry.
Salary: Negotiable
