∎ Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Dhaka University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference
∎ Skills Required: automobile, Installation and Maintenance, Maintenance, Mechanical
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Manufacturing (FMCG), Cement Industry, Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To supervise all equipment such as RMC Mixture Truck & Plant, Drum Truck, Pay loader, RMC Pump, Light Vehicles and all others equipment of Factory and Head Office.
∎ To check all materials / Spare parts requisition as per with specific requirement.
∎ To set the life time of all the equipment and spare parts.
∎ Always checking and control all spare parts replacement and requirements.
∎ All time checking quality of the equipment and spare parts.
∎ Monitoring all equipment and maintenance all service records as per schedule of services.
∎ Planning, controlling, recording all repair maintenance related information in duly and also report to concern authority timely.
∎ Lead the mechanical unit of all factories.
∎ To prepare and submit daily work progress report.
∎ Maintain work schedule strictly.
∎ Keep measurement of Actual work.
∎ Develop Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule to ensure full preventative maintenance is carried out, plan in missed maintenance activities and lead the team to deliver effectively.
∎ Optimize equipment according to standard procedure, enhancing performance and product quality.
∎ Strategic delegation of maintenance issues to teammates for effective and efficient problem-solving.
∎ Manage systems and equipment data storage and maintain high levels of standards and accuracy.
∎ Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems accordingly.
∎ Conduct risk assessments of processes and tasks in the department.
∎ Making required report to the management on regular basis accordingly.
∎ Diagnose mechanical / electrical problems and determine how to correct them, checking blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs as necessary
∎ Ensure cost reduction by reducing all kind of wastage.
