Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
∎ Evaluate applications by reading transcripts, test scores, essays, letters of recommendation and determine admission and merit based scholarship decisions as well as any specialty scholarships students may be eligible for. Contact high school guidance offices for information that could be relevant that is not in the application
∎ Counsel prospective students and families concerning enrollment process and criteria as well as the Universities Financial Aid process
∎ Plan and conduct travel to designated geographical region and represent the Institution during college fairs, high school visits, off-campus interview, admitted student receptions and alumni receptions 10-15 weeks each year
∎ Conduct Institutions information sessions, providing information regarding course of study, financial aid guidelines, and other facets of the university for students, families, high school guidance counselors and other specialty groups
∎ Assess and develop recruitment strategy for designated geographical region regarding the selection of which high schools and college fairs to visit, location and timing of off-campus interview and admitted student receptions
∎ Advise potential students on education opportunities in overseas.
∎ Advise students on application procedures, visa applications, applying for accommodation and preparing students for their studies in the overseas.
∎ Apply to various universities/colleges overseas.
∎ Assist with activities to promote overseas education institutions represented by the Company.
∎ Maintain accurate ledger and computer records of students counselled and applications sent to the overseas institutions.
∎ File Visa Applications with the respective embassies.
