∎ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or similar graphic design and video editing software.

∎ Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing for digital and social media platforms.
∎ Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
∎ Experience leading design teams and managing junior designers is preferred.
∎ Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with various departments.
∎ Familiarity with the retail, food & beverage and FMCG sectors in Bangladesh is an advantage.
∎ Understanding of current design trends, particularly in retail and corporate branding.
∎ A portfolio showcasing previous design work, particularly in retail marketing or corporate design, is required.

∎ Lead the creation of innovative designs for print, digital and social media platforms, including brochures, banners, websites, newsletters, advertisements and packaging.
∎ Ensure consistency of the brand’s visual identity across all media, making sure all designs align with the company’s branding guidelines.
∎ Oversee multiple design projects from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and the quality is maintained.
∎ Work closely with the marketing and sales team and other departments to understand project requirements and create design solutions that meet business objectives.
∎ Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies, incorporating modern techniques to keep designs fresh and engaging.
∎ Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers or interns, ensuring their growth and the quality of work produced by the team.
∎ Actively seek feedback from different team members, making necessary revisions to designs to meet expectations.
∎ Expertly use design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), and familiarity with UI/UX tools like Figma or Sketch is a plus.
∎ Design for both print and digital platforms, understanding the technical specifications of each medium.
∎ Coordinate with printing vendors and other external stakeholders to ensure the highest quality of printed materials.
∎ Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Line Authority or the Honorable Management Authority.
