Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Designing captivating and visually appealing social media posts that resonate with our target audience.
∎ Creating engaging social media reels that effectively communicate our brand message and capture the audience's attention.
∎ Updating images and content on our website to ensure it remains fresh, relevant, and visually appealing.
∎ Collaborating with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that drive engagement and brand awareness.
∎ Ensuring all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all platforms.
∎ Staying updated on design trends, tools, and techniques to continuously enhance the quality and effectiveness of our visual assets.
∎ Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
∎ Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in graphic design.
∎ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
∎ Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
∎ Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
∎ A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects across various mediums.
∎ Experience with web design and knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
∎ Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
