∎ Age 25 to 32 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ operation and maintenance of the caterpillar generator with 2 MW or 2 MW more capacity.
∎ Lead and supervise the fitting team, ensuring all mechanical work is completed safely, accurately, and on time.
∎ Assemble, install, and maintain mechanical equipment such as pumps, motors, valves, and other machinery.
∎ Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and blueprints.Perform measurements, alignments, and adjustments to ensure proper functioning of mechanical systems.
∎ Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues, providing technical support to the team as needed.
∎ Maintain a high standard of safety and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
∎ Train and mentor junior fitters, assisting with their professional development.
∎ Manage inventory of fitting materials and tools, ensuring proper maintenance and availability.
∎ Ensure the quality and accuracy of all work performed and maintain documentation of completed tasks.
∎ Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet deadlines.
∎ Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and project progression.
