Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist SVP, Client Finance with the production and maintenance of staffing-related spreadsheets, including monthly hours/revenue by client & department, actual vs. estimated hours, staff capacity by team, weekly/monthly utilization, and productivity.
∎ Utilize Optima data feed of employee timesheet data to populate and update existing Excel framework of reports.
∎ Assist with master staffing grid, hours by person and remaining hours’ reports.
∎ Assist with developing and maintaining client budget trackers including working media budgets, expenses, fees, and aging report [billable]
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate has to have Project Management Skills.
∎ Candidates having prior experience in financial management system is a plus, but not required.
∎ The Candidate must have sound knowledge in MS Excel. Special Area of expertise -
∎ Pivot.
∎ Lookups.
∎ Analysis Tool Pack.
∎ Conditionals Formulas.
∎ Financial and Business Statement Ideas.
