Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Fashion Designing /Any discipline.
∎ Any courses completed from BIFT on fashion design.
∎ BGMEA University of Fashion Technology students will get preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Fashion Design

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Producing concepts
∎ Making sketches by hand or on computers
∎ Developing patterns
∎ Overseeing production
∎ Analyzing trends in fabrics, colors and shapes
∎ Sourcing suppliers
∎ Selecting and buying fabrics and trims
∎ Adapting existing designs for mass production
∎ Quality control.
∎ Have to make sample according to any hard or soft copy sample
∎ Responsible for creative & different pattern Designing
∎ Should be design according to the buyer recommendation.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only candidate who have relevant working experience in garments industry encourage to apply.
∎ Experience on Local Brand
∎ Candidate must have practical woven Garments Design, Merchandising experience.
∎ Should have an excellent 2D/ 3D sketch designing & Sample making capability
∎ Should be skilled in Graphic Designing through Illustrator, Photo shop and other designing software.
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali
∎ Good knowledge & skills in computing specially in Illustrator, Photo shop and other designing software
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills.
