∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc)
∎ BA/ B.Sc/ M.Sc in Fashion Design & Technology.
∎ Skills Required: Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator, CAD Designing, CLO 3D, Fashion Designing

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Fashion Designing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have knowledge on fabric types and fabric sources related to girls and boys' ethnic wear.
∎ Research market trends to understand new fabrics, colors, silhouettes, fits, washes
∎ Supervise & Create hand-drawn sketches, designs, flat patterns, technical drawings, and other required art / illustrations
∎ Select textiles and color, graphics/prints, materials, fit, and trims to make popular and best-selling styles
∎ Prepare rough and detailed designs of apparel both manually and using various software such as Adobe Illustrator (AI), Photoshop (PS) etc.
∎ Understand the needs of project and design according to its requirements
∎ Write specification of the apparel describing its materials, production process.
∎ Development of new design & Sample Products from idea generation to final product.
∎ Understand the different fabric qualities/ pattern making/ fits/ measurements/ /Grading/Cutting technical aspects of garment construction.
∎ Making fruitful plan for the upcoming season's business according to product category and making a strategic business plan to support management goals.
∎ Making a Budget cost sheet for each style before Bulk execution and taking management approval accordingly.
∎ Determine appropriate price quotations so that the company can ensure sales orders and maintain high profit;
∎ To arrange all kinds of yarns, fabrics & accessories both from local and foreign sources as required for production;
∎ Can do costing, order follow up, yarn booking & accessories follow-up.
∎ To ensure that the quality of finished goods is in accordance with approved sample and specifications.
∎ Developing & implementing the related business field.
∎ Any other Related task assigned by management
