∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
∎ Should be a B.Sc. in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.

∎ The incumbent should have at least 2 years of work experience in Technical Quality & Compliance related issues or service coordination in an engineering, capital machinery, or power solution provider, such as generators, marine engines, heavy machinery, or material handling equipment.
∎ Sound knowledge of Power Generation products will be an advantage.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain liaison with Cummins regarding its principles, customer-related surveys, quality, and compliance issues.
∎ Maintain warranty documentation for service.
∎ Coordinate in the Cummins Excel Audit or other kinds of audits. Communicate with customers to enhance the company's Net Promoter Score (NPS).
∎ Conduct NPS and update the report on the Cummins portal.
∎ Maintain KPI evaluations and prepare a KPI report.
∎ Attend customer queries, escalate to the person concerned, and communicate properly to achieve customer satisfaction.
∎ Send quotations to customers for service and necessary parts, depute engineers and technicians for timely service, maintain tool records, and maintain service tracking for the team.
∎ Coordinate in preparing sales invoices after work orders, and ensure bill submission and bill collection within the stipulated time.
∎ JIL is seeking a dynamic and energetic candidate for its Service team who can maintain effective communication with Cummins, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance, and coordinate the deployment of technicians to provide timely service. The successful candidate will also ensure the timely collection of bills.
