Job Context:
∎ Transcom Beverages Limited, the franchisee of PepsiCo for Bangladesh is looking for dynamic and competent professional to fill the mentioned position for Gazipur Plant.
∎ The candidate must have in-depth knowledge with clear understanding of Distribution & Shipping Operations, Distribution Channel, Route Mapping, Transport Management, SOPs & compliance and best practices.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze demand considering lead time (daily), identify abnormal demand patterns and replenish Depots accordingly.
∎ Maintain the SKU inventory levels, locations, and safety stocks by customer/warehouse to support the desired level of customer service while maintaining optimum level of inventory.
∎ Support the SKU phase in/phase out plans collaboratively with customers/sales and marketing.
∎ Maintain and coordinate the relationship between Production Scheduler, Logistics Specialist and Demand Planner as well as ensuring integration of all distribution processes.
∎ Prepare and maintain master data for the distribution/deployment network.
∎ Monitor, analyze and propose corrective action.
∎ Communicate production issues, supply changes, deviations from plan and potential resolutions to Plant, Logistics and Sales operations team.
∎ Analyze customer SKU order demand patterns, collaborate with the sales operations team to validate the demand forecast by customer/warehouse for each SKU.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Experience working on cross-functional teams and interaction with customers in different regions.
∎ Strong analytical skills
∎ Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills (big data analysis, Index-Match, Pivot Table, VLOOKUP etc.) is a must.
