∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow existing company processes to receive customers for servicing and repairing works efficiently and provide a high level of customer service.
∎ During product delivery to customers, perform "Final Inspection" by signing quality inspection stamp and providing advice on future servicing to secure customer satisfaction through quotation or observation note.
∎ Prepare the standard of the project finalize products and accept the consent of those the customers concerned;
∎ We need to provide excellent customer service and give precise information to the customer, ensuring customer satisfaction.
∎ Identify customer needs, clarify information and provide solutions.
∎ Perform towards Zero customer complaints and "Zero" "Repeat Job"
∎ Collect the client's opinion regarding the working process;
∎ Arrange project handover meeting;
∎ Attend after handover complaints made by clients and make a register & follow up.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
