∎ Experience working with fashion retail brands is preferred.
∎ Strong understanding of brand strategy, marketing, and customer behavior.
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
∎ Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
∎ Creative mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Campaign Execution & Management: Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns and initiatives as per the marketing calendar.
∎ Partnerships & Influencer Management: Handle brand ambassador and influencer collaborations, along with evaluating and managing partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising opportunities.
∎ Event & Activation Coordination: Organize and execute, activations, and promotional initiatives by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
∎ Store Branding & Offline Marketing: Develop and execute branding initiatives for retail stores, shop-in shop (SIS), and offline materials to maintain a cohesive brand presence.
∎ Insights, Reporting and Compliance: Analyze customer insights, prepare performance reports, and ensure adherence to brand guidelines across all communications and activities.
