Job Responsibilities:
· Maintain daily accounts, ledgers, and vouchers accurately and on time.
· Create Daily Sales, Purchase & Expense Report.
· To ensure day-to-day accounting and administrative functions.
· Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
· Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
· Monitor collections and reconcile store inventory with accounts.
· Coordinate with different departments and the head office to ensure alignment with the company's Goals.
· Verify Goods Received Notes (GRNs), prepare material issue slips, and maintain proper store documentation.
Education:
Honors/Masters, BBA/MBA in Accounting
CA CC will get preference.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication skills in both English and Bangla, verbal and written.
Excellent negotiation skills for effective collaboration with vendors, suppliers, logistics partners, and customers.
Leadership and supervisory capabilities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Tech-savvy, proficiency in MS Office, ERP software.
Capable of working independently with responsibility.
Experience:
1–2 years of relevant field experience.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
Salary: 15,000/- to 25,000/-
