Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation/B.Sc in ME/IPE from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure delivery of high quality and low cost with minimal lead time.
∎ To negotiate prices & terms with suppliers and vendors.
∎ To implement procedures to evaluate or select suppliers.
∎ To maintain all advances and adjusted to purchase ledger.
∎ To update PO / INDENT register as well as internal office files
∎ To prepare different types of reports/statements to meet the queries of management.
∎ To prepare all types of Bill/ Invoice collection from supplier & Receive MRR/RN from the factory for payment process.
∎ To prepare Journal Voucher and Payment Voucher entries in Party Ledger.
∎ To prepare payment status & send to Reporting Boss weekly basis.
∎ To prepare purchase orders/work orders and take approval from the respective authority.
∎ To prepare monthly indent status and monthly raw material forecast.
∎ To prepare RFQ / Tender and float inquiries to approved vendors for spare parts and consumables.
∎ To visit market frequently, New Product Sourcing, Supplier Development & On time Material delivery arrangements.
∎ To maintain the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
∎ To ensure receiving, storing and supply raw materials independently.
∎ To ensure proper documentation in ledger of the materials.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Strong skills in product and material sourcing.
∎ Applicants should have experience in local Purchase/Procurement.
∎ Applicants should have experience in Steel Industry.
∎ Applicants should have experience in review Price Purchase Variance (PPV)
∎ Applicants must have basic knowledge of imports, ie, Incoterms, Letter of Credits, Tariff Schedule, Customs and VAT SROs and basic knowledge of VAT and Taxes.
∎ Applicants must have good leadership and negotiation skills.
∎ Applicants should have good interpersonal communication skills and should be fluent in English in any form of communication.
