∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

IT Support Service, Purchase/ Procurement, Supply Chain
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
IT Enabled Service
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsibilities will include, but not necessarily be limited, to the following:
∎ Follow up prices, specifications & delivery dates to determine the best bid price among potential supplies
∎ Assisting in preparation & verification of purchase deeds work orders.
∎ Follow up with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely and effective supply and delivery of goods, services and works.
∎ Collects price quotations ,prepares and analyses comparative statement for budgetary control.
∎ Create time and action plan for all order and follow-up regularly.
∎ Maintain and update suppliers list using the Supplier Profile and Registration Form
∎ Work closely with Finance department for supplier payment follow up.
∎ Ensure procurement files are accurate and records are in compliance to procurement policies, Share Point is properly established and followed; all soft copies and hard copies of procurement files are accessible and manageable.
∎ Responsible for documents preparation for supplier bill payment.
∎ Collects price quotations ,prepares and analyses comparative statement for budgetary control.
∎ Collaborate with Marketing, Production and Account & Finance teams.
∎ Maintain Regular MIS.
∎ Conduct duties in accordance with ESL Code of Conduct.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proficient in MS Excel (Must).
∎ Strong analytical ability with critical thinking & problem-solving skill.
∎ Ability to work under pressure with longer time period.
∎ He must be Honest, Hard-working, Responsible & Reliable.
∎ Good relation builder.
∎ Ability to work independently as well as team environment.
∎ Must be self-driven.
∎ Well conversant about technological equipment.
