Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/ MBA in any discipline from any reputed institution.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for sourcing, negotiating and procuring cement sector branding materials from local vendors.
∎ Evaluate vendor’s quotations to ensure that they are in line with technical and commercial parameters.
∎ Vendor selection & development based price, quality, support and reliability.
∎ Responsible for procuring the best quality materials at competitive price according to the company’s policies and requirements as regards to CATV equipment’s.
∎ Analyzing PR (Purchase requisition), preparing CS (Comparative Statement), issuing PO (Purchase Order) in SAP Software and follow up till delivery.
∎ Ability to multi task and remain organized, meet deadlines as per planning.
∎ Procurement budget planning on monthly basis for Bashundhara Cement, King Brand Cement & BIR Cement branding.
∎ Supplier’s payment follow up with accounts team and ensure payment within deadline.
∎ Negotiate to post audit team in terms of any simplifications required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in SAP/ERP.
∎ Experience about the local and foreign market.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
∎ Must be a computer literate. (MS Word, MS Excel etc.)
∎ Must have good communication skill in both Bangla & English.
Salary: Negotiable
