Job Context:
∎ Jakson International Limited (JIL) is the Bangladesh unit of Jakson Group. It is the authorized country distributor of Cummins Diesel & Gas Gensets. It is also the exclusive partner for Cummins Marine Engines and Gensets in Bangladesh. In addition, it is the country distributor for Hyster material handling equipment, Cummins alternators and Valvoline lubricants.
∎ JIL is looking for a dynamic and energetic candidate for its Service Team who can maintain communication with Cummins and also maintain service coordination.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain liaison with Cummins regarding principles, customer related survey, quality and compliance issues and prepare necessary reports & presentations for Cummins.
∎ Maintain warranty documentation of service.
∎ Coordinate in Cummins Excel Audit or other kinds of Audit.
∎ Build rapport with customers to promote our business and maintain necessary record of their feedback.
∎ Communicate with customers to take service from company, send quotation to customers for service & necessary parts and also persuade them to make Annual Maintenance Contract.
∎ Depute Engineers/Technicians timely for service and maintain service tracking of the team.
∎ Maintain tools record and sending/returning of tools and safety equipment.
∎ Coordinate in preparing sales invoice after receiving work order, ensure bill submission and bill collection within the stipulated time.
∎ Maintain record of billable service, warranty and AMC and travel record of service team.
∎ Prepare all necessary reports and presentation.

∎ Dynamic & Smart Team Player.
∎ Loyal and dedicated to provide support on time.
∎ Must have knowledge of Advance Excel.
∎ Must have good communication and presentation skills.
∎ Must be able to work under pressure.
∎ Should be ready for travel/customer visit time to time.
