Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSC) / Diploma in Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understanding the construction process of each individual project and collect all the supportive document of the project from the construction department.
∎ Prepare stage-by-stage checklist for smooth audit work.
∎ Scrutinizing all third-party CS, Budget, Work Orders, Bills and checking the work physically.
∎ Physical verification of construction projects, construction materials, and quality.
∎ Physical verification of construction store; reconciliation of material stock along with PO, GRN, SR by checking both manual and Tally/MIS data.
∎ Prepare a report with effective audit findings including root cause by studying different risk areas.
∎ Discuss audit findings with recommendations both at the field level and higher management level.
∎ Following up on previous audit reports and discuss with respective personnel/department
∎ Prepare meeting minutes to track next follow up action
∎ Perform any other task as assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 to 5 year(s) respectively
∎ Self-driven, dynamic, and result-oriented
∎ Excellent presentation and reporting skills are a must
∎ Excellent communication skill and Strong interpersonal skills
∎ Problem-solving and decision making capability
∎ Capable of managing multiple audit assignments
∎ Proficient with Excel,
∎ Experience/knowledge with contract preparation, negotiation, rate analysis, tendering, and award procedures
∎ Contractor billing and rate analysis
