∎ As a Senior Executive of Operation in the Appliance Solution business, you will be at the helm of managing end-to-end operations for our appliance solutions. Your role encompasses order processing and seamless service delivery. With a sharp focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction, you will analyze operational data, identify improvement opportunities, and implement strategies for optimization.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee the complete operational cycle of appliance solutions, from order processing to logistics and service delivery.
∎ Utilize data-driven insights to assess operational performance, identifying avenues for enhancement and implementing strategies to elevate efficiency and customer contentment.
∎ Address customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations pertaining to appliance solutions, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
∎ Collaborate closely with the sales team to conceive and execute effective sales strategies tailored to the appliance solutions sector.
∎ Cultivate and nurture strong partnerships with essential stakeholders, including suppliers, service providers, and esteemed customers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Diploma in EEE, related field
∎ At least 3 years of experience & a related role within the appliance industry.
∎ Hands-on experience in diagnostic & repair appliance types of machinery.
∎ Strong technical acumen and understanding of appliance technologies, integration, and

∎ Analytical mindset with the ability to translate technical concepts into business solutions.
