∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor day-to-day project activities and ensure their timely execution.
∎ Prepare and present detailed progress reports to top management on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
∎ Audit project expenditures to ensure adherence to budgets and financial controls.
∎ Implement efficient mechanisms to control material wastage and conduct periodic reconciliations.
∎ Select subcontractors for project works based on their suitability and performance history.
∎ Collaborate with project sites to develop a comprehensive risk register, enhancing project operation.
∎ Evaluate the performance of project personnel, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering graduate from any reputed Public or Private university.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
∎ Proven experience in project monitoring, audit, and control, including project management and execution.
∎ Profound knowledge of project management principles, financial control, and risk assessment.
∎ Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to prepare and present progress reports in a concise manner.
∎ Experience in auditing project expenditures and ensuring compliance with budgetary constraints.
∎ Proficiency in implementing material wastage control measures and conducting reconciliations.
∎ Ability to select subcontractors based on a thorough evaluation of their capabilities.
∎ Exceptional problem-solving skills and a track record of effective risk management.
