Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum graduation from any reputed public or private university.
∎ Professional degree i. e. PGD or Certificate Course in Supply Chain Management will be an added advantage.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make route plan based on delivery schedule and ensure timely delivery of products.
∎ Prepare and maintain necessary distribution documentations i. e. delivery challan, VAT challan etc.
∎ Ensure best utilization of vehicle and its maximum capacity.
∎ Manage drivers and helpers effectively and maintain communication during trip.
∎ Ensure accurate updating of delivery transactions and stock updates in SAP
∎ Maintain vehicle trip related billing and reconciliation with accounts department.
∎ Arrange fueling for vehicle with utmost integrity.
∎ Carry out scheduled and emergency transport maintenance in due time for seamless logistics support.
∎ Maintain proper documentation of transport operation and related maintenance jobs.
∎ Ensure vehicle registration and regulatory related required documents are timely updated.
∎ Maintain good communication with Sales Force, Order Management Team, and Plant Distribution Team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Prior experience in any large ERP software knowledge (SAP, Oracle or equivalent) will get preference.
∎ Minimum three (03) of job experience in related field.
∎ Must have excellent knowledge on Advanced MS Excel, MS PowerPoint & MS Word.
∎ Should have sound communication and interpersonal skill both in Bangla and English.
∎ Professionally skilled in handling transportation related jobs.
∎ Should have possess good negotiation skill.
∎ Experienced in factory-oriented job.
