Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels, conduct periodic audits, and implement effective inventory control measures.
∎ Warehouse Operations: Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods while ensuring proper handling and organization.
∎ Stock Planning: Forecast inventory needs based on demand, sales trends, and seasonality to prevent shortages or overstocking.
∎ Process Optimization: Improve warehouse workflows, space utilization, and storage efficiency to enhance productivity.
∎ Team Supervision: Guide and support warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and safety protocols.
∎ Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate inventory records, generate stock reports, and analyze data for decision-making.
∎ Cordination: Work with company business operation and logistic teams for smooth deliveries.
∎ Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to warehouse safety standards, legal regulations, and company guidelines.
