Education:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Business graduates will be preferred.
Professional Qualification: CA CC with a minimum of 5 subjects passed
Skills Required: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
Monitor, document, and report on non-sales transactions, including but not limited to rent, utilities, repairs and maintenance, insurance, and money exchange.
Ensure the management and updating of insurance policies, as well as the processing of claims related to incidents.
Accurately record all asset additions, transfers, and disposals.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations by facilitating timely supplier payments, supported by appropriate justifications.
Receive vendor invoices and GRN, verify them, create payables using Meena Software ERP, and reconcile vendor balances.
Prepare reports related to non-sales payables and asset management.
Oversee all insurance policies, ensuring they are updated accordingly.
