Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum graduation from a reputed public/private university.
∎ A professional degree in SCM (i.e. PGD, certificate course, etc.) will be an added advantage.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG), LPG Gas/Cylinder Gas
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute and manage Order Processing transactions in SAP accurately and promptly having clear information from Field force sales.
∎ Co-ordinate with Planning and production to ensure stock availability as required.
∎ Coordinate with Accounts to ensure credit release on time.
∎ Coordinate with Sales and Logistics to ensure special instructions are received/ understood, as required.
∎ Handle Distributor/Autogas/Corporate order enquiries with Sales and Distribution.
∎ Prepare daily and periodic order and delivery status reports as required.
∎ Review the new Customer Creation Form, and coordinate with IT for Customer Master Data creation.
∎ Co-ordinate with sales for Distributor/Autogas/Corporate customers' claims for shipping discrepancies i.e. damage, short shipment, over shipment, pricing, etc.
∎ Prepare SKU and category-wise periodic delivery reports, review with Accounts, and submit to Internal Audit.
∎ Maintain regulatory documents of Logistics and support renewal processing.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
