Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): AutoCAD, Electrical, Electrical Maintenance, Six Sigma
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cement, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Plastic/ Polymer Industry

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Look after Injection Process/Extrusion Process/Blow process along with its supportive relevant process with factory for improvement.
∎ Monitor and manage the electrical and electronic systems of production machinery and equipment.
∎ Ensure the availability and reliability of production equipment to meet production targets.
∎ Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot and resolve electrical and electronic issues.
∎ Ensure right machine and process layout based on compliance and lean process.
∎ Develop and implement maintenance schedules for electrical and electronic systems.
∎ Coordinate and oversee maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance, repairs and upgrades.
∎ Ensure automation at maximum places.
∎ Ensure 5's factory process and factory coordination.
∎ Maintain records of maintenance tasks, equipment history, spare parts inventory and plan.
∎ Diagnose electrical and electronic faults in production machinery and equipment.
∎ Conduct repairs or coordinate with technicians to resolve issues promptly.
∎ Implement measures to prevent recurring faults.
∎ Implement energy-efficient practices in electrical and electronic systems to reduce operational costs.
∎ Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols, and promote a safe working environment.
∎ Assist in developing and managing the department's budget, including forecasting and cost control.
∎ Identify cost-saving opportunities in electrical and electronic systems.
∎ Maintain and update technical documentation, including electrical diagrams, manuals and system specifications.
∎ Ensure documentation is readily accessible to maintenance teams.
∎ Ensure that electrical and electronic systems adhere to industry standards, regulations and quality control requirements.
∎ Participate in audits and inspections, implementing corrective actions as needed.
∎ Identify opportunities for process improvements and technological advancements.
∎ Recommend and implement enhancements to increase equipment reliability and efficiency.
∎ Develop & implement SOP with efficient way.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Sound knowledge on MS office, MATLAB/Minitab, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, PLC, Inverter, HMI programming.
∎ Proven experience in electrical and electronic systems maintenance and production support.
∎ Strong technical knowledge of industrial electrical and electronic systems.
∎ Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
∎ Familiarity with PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) and automation systems.
∎ Knowledge of energy management and safety standards.
∎ Budget management and cost-control skills.
∎ Leadership and team management capabilities.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Commitment to quality, safety, and compliance.
