Prepare reports for management, external audit, and regulatory authorities.

Required Experience and Skills:
Clear knowledge of telecom and IT products for handling BTRC NOC-related tasks.
5-6 years of practical experience in the Bonded Commercial Department.
Proficiency in UD/UP (Utilization Declaration/Utilization Procedures) handling.
Strong knowledge of customs bond rules and experience with the Bond Online (CBMS) system.
Extensive knowledge of EPZ and EPZ customs.
Practical experience in bond licensing renewal, item inclusion, and all types of bond customs work.
Strong profile in bond licensing, import-export protocols, and supply chain management.
Experience in an international corporate environment.
Experience in foreign vendor communication, customs handling, bank coordination, import-export documentation, and LC management.
Skills in bond license management, customs audit and non-objection clearance, passbook updates, and preparing Utilization Declarations (UD).
Detailed knowledge of the work of the Customs and Bond Audit Division.
Deep understanding of the operations of different customs houses.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with NBR, VAT, and Customs offices for audits, notices, and clearances
Maintain bond registers; ensure audit-ready documentation
Prepare MIS reports for management on bond status
Bond Related (Customs Bonded Warehouse):
Maintain bond register for imported raw materials and exported finished goods.
Prepare and submit bond utilization declaration, passbook update, and bond audit documents.
Calculate UP (Utilization Permission), UD (Utilization Declaration) for RMG/Textile/License holders.
Ensure duty-free import entitlement is properly utilized and reconciled with Customs.
Handle bond license renewal, extension, and audit by Customs Bond Commissionerate.
Coordinate with C&F agents, Customs, and EPB for import/export documentation.
Monitor bond expiry, bank guarantee, and indemnity bond related compliance.
Familiarity with the Customs Bond Management System (CBMS), automated Customs systems (ASYCUDA World), and BEPZA’s online One-Stop Service (OSS) platforms
Direct experience drafting and securing Utilization Permits (UP) from BEPZA and Utilization Declarations (UD) to clear raw material quotas without paying import duties.
Proficiency in managing raw material raw inputs tracking, in-bond entries upon arrival, and ex-bond entries when goods move to production.
Managing Import Permits (IP), Export Permits (EP), and the mandatory online and manual clearance workflows through EPZ gate custom systems
Sound understanding of Bangladesh Customs laws, Harmonized System (HS) codes, Passbook maintenance, Proforma Invoices (PI), Packing Lists, and Bills of Entry (B/E).
