∎ Build relationships with key stakeholders such as suppliers, clients, and partners.
∎ Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers and distributors.
∎ Ensure the consistent quality of bakery products, meeting industry standards and customer expectations.
∎ Oversee the development of new products, from concept to market introduction, ensuring innovation.
∎ Manage and enforce food safety protocols and regulations.
∎ Monitor and manage the production processes, ensuring optimal efficiency, cost control, and waste reduction.
∎ Supervise the supply chain, ensuring timely procurement of raw materials and efficient distribution.
∎ Implement best practices in bakery production, utilizing modern equipment and technologies.
