Education:
∎ Bachelor/Honors
∎ B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
∎ Diploma with higher experience can be considered.

∎ Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in sales, preferably in marine engines, generators, or material handling equipment.
∎ Strong knowledge of the marine, port, logistics, or manufacturing industries.
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to analyze market trends and customer data to identify opportunities.
∎ Proficient in MS Office for managing sales activities and customer relationships.
∎ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet sales objectives.
∎ Positive work ethic and result-oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Updated Knowledge of customer demand, market condition, market penetration, segmentation, and pricing.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ This role will drive revenue growth by promoting and selling marine engines, gensets, Hyster forklifts, container handlers, and other material handling equipment. It involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and managing the sales process.
∎
∎ Achieve annual sales targets for marine engines, generators, Hyster forklifts, container handlers, and material handling equipment.
∎ Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth across relevant industries such as marine, logistics, shipping, warehousing, ports, and manufacturing.
∎ Identify, target, and engage potential customers in the marine, logistics, warehousing, shipping, ports, and manufacturing industries.
∎ Build and maintain long-term relationships with both new and existing customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
∎ Respond to customer inquiries, offer technical consultations, and address customer queries and complaints on time.
∎ Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical consultations to educate clients about products and prepare and submit sales proposals.
∎ Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
∎ Prepare and submit tender documents, ensuring they meet all customer and regulatory requirements.
