Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) from any reputed university (Preferably from BUET, KUET, CUET, RUET or IUT)
∎ Skills Required: Analytical Thinking, Coordination, Planning and organizing, Proactive and Positive attitude, Team player

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, Manage & Execute day to day maintenance & troubleshooting activity in the Plant.
∎ Ensure regular and periodic preventive maintenance and equipment management.
∎ Attend all electrical breakdown and trouble-shooting works of all production & utility machinery.
∎ Maintain & ensure operation with Safe guard of overall electrical and electronics equipment- PLC, HMI, MMI, Automation etc. in the plant.
∎ Monitor Compressor System, Pump Station, Power Generation, High & Low Voltage Transformer System etc.
∎ Technical specification development for equipment / spare purchase and monitor the spare stock.
∎ Automation and Instrumentation drawings, Specifications, SLD review, coordinate with OEM.
∎ To supervise & monitor all electrical staffs.
∎ Assist Mechanical and Civil team as per the project need and instructions.
∎ Develop & monitor KPIs on electrical breakdown, downtime etc.
∎ SOP & report writing.
∎ Conduct training for continuous improvement.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ ABC License, experience on new equipment installation & Commissioning.
∎ Knowledge on LEAN Manufacturing tools and techniques.
∎ Depth knowledge on PLC System, Power Distribution, Automation, Electrical Safety, Operational Excellence, Trouble shooting.
