Job Responsibilities:
∎ Expertise in Incoming/Process/Outgoing Quality Control Inspection based on AQL
∎ Performing all kind of reliability test for new models & BSTI Standard Test for Certification
∎ Lab Testing of Refrigerator & RAC according to Samsung HQ & BSTI Standard
∎ Quality Test Equipment Management - M/C Calibration
∎ Market Quality data gathering /data analysis /Improvement activity Line patrol and Process Quality Audit and process improvements
∎ Uploading all QTR report in KD Portal and Claim VOC for against defect parts
∎ Model Change Inspection in Line Planning and Execute when new model is running
∎ Giving Feedback & root cause to market defect sets to sales team
∎ Providing feedback report to all local vendor about their product quality [ Vendor Part Quality management]
∎ Conduct daily meeting with production team works
∎ Dummy Test Planning and execute - To reduce workmanship defect in market
∎ Premium Quality Inspection and Evaluation
∎ Maintaining Damage stock & Providing timeline for its repair
∎ Weekly /Monthly Quality report and Meeting
∎ Responsible for WIP stock repairing & part replacement follow up.
∎ System knowledge - SAP/ MES etc.
∎ Familiar with manufacturing concept: - Lean / FIFO / Quality Tools / PDCA/TPM/ TQM/5S etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The incumbent must be from the related industry experience (Consumer Electronics)
∎ He/she must have good knowledge on Refrigerator / Air-condition /washing Machine
∎ Smart, Team player, paired with agile mindset and can-do attitude.
∎ Good communication skill in Bangla and English.
∎ Positive mindset, can work under pressure.
∎ Sound knowledge on mechanical engineering/ thermo Plastics engineering
