∎ B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from any reputed university.
∎ Minimum 5-7 years work experience on relevant field.
∎ Experience in Consumer Electronics will be preferable.
∎ AutoCAD & Mechanical schematics will be preferable.
∎ Must have knowledge in MS office related work especially vast knowledge in MS Excel.
∎ Good communications skill and leadership capability.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead the maintenance and repair of mechanical systems and equipment, which encompasses assembly machines, Cabi foaming units, washing machine assemblies, conveyors, injection molding machinery, Vacuum pumps and packaging equipment.
∎ Professional experience includes Maintaining mechanical presses, thermo foaming machines, fin presses, hairpin benders, roller forming machines, and urethane laboratory.
∎ Troubleshooting & Resolving the issues associated with automation systems, which encompass pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical components such as cylinders, solenoid valves, pumps, gearboxes, and others.
∎ Practical experience in extensive mechanical operations, including machine installations and layout design.
∎ Providing training and technical support to operators and maintenance personnel on automation systems.
∎ Acquaint with breakdown reports, as well as the CAPDO and DMAIC methodologies.
∎ Planning and execute of cost-saving strategies utilizing the Kaizen methodology.
