Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Preparation of monthly/weekly/shift wise production schedule
∎ Ensure maintaining operational checklist regular basis for smooth operations
∎ Ensure minimize required end- pieces as per production requirement
∎ Ensure reduction of operational loss in CCM to enhance productivity
∎ Ensure availability of casting machine for smooth operation
∎ Ensure availability of tundish and tundish sequences to get maximum output for achieving productivity
∎ Prepare production related MIS through ERP for batch closing
∎ Ensure adherence to quality specifications regularly
∎ Ensure technical requirements of moulds, jackets, spray nozzles, hydraulic system, etc
∎ Ensure availability of raw materials & consumable Items to achieve production target
∎ Monitor and ensure adherence of safety guidelines and procedures at workplace.
