∎ 3 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Reheating furnance, Rolling module, Steel Re rolling
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Steel

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in preparation of monthly billet charging plan and adhere to it.
∎ Ensure the preparation of the billet charging supporting devices.
∎ Ensure the furnace condition (Maintaining proper temperature, pressure, combustion air supply, oxygen supply, gas supply etc.)
∎ Supervise production process of the re-heating the billets.
∎ Ensure smooth floor operations and adherence to production schedules.
∎ Adhere to technical and process specifications on the production floor.
∎ Assist in reducing operational and process breakdown.
∎ Assist in planning the annual furnace shutdown, preparation and shutdown tasks.
∎ Ensure ERP, OPM Production batch managing required data sets.
∎ Ensure availability of manpower required for the shifts.
∎ Ensure production yield as per production schedule and highlight issues for resolutions.
∎ Escalate production related issues within the defined scope.
∎ Monitor and ensure adherence of safety guidelines and procedures at workplace.
