• 3 years of experience in Student Counseling, Visa Processing, or Education Consultancy

• Excellent communication skills in Bengali and English (spoken and written).

• Good knowledge of visa processes for Canada, UK, New Zealand, USA, Australia & Europe.

• Proficient in MS Office and comfortable handling formal emails.

• Confident, well-groomed, and able to work under pressure.

• Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and willingness to learn.

Lumins Education and Migration is looking for a smart, intelligent, well-presented, and ambitious Student Visa Counselor with strong experience in visa processes for Canada,UK, USA, New Zealand,Australia, and Europe.

The Student Counselor will be responsible for supporting students’ emotional and professional growth, developing and monitoring counseling programs, and providing accurate educational and visa guidance.

To excel in this role, you must be patient, compassionate, socially perceptive, and able to make students feel comfortable and confident in their decisions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate guidance on study, work, visit, and migration visas for Australia, USA, Canada, UK, New Zealand, Malaysia, and European countries.
• Communicate regularly with students and collect all required documents for university admissions and visa applications.
• Review and verify student documents to ensure they are complete and properly organized.
• Prepare and submit applications to universities and immigration authorities.
• Maintain up-to-date records of all documentation and processing activities.
• Provide clear, professional counseling both in person and over the phone.
• Receive and respond to emails promptly, maintaining professional communication standards.
• Meet and greet clients, answer incoming calls, and assist walk-in visitors.
• Carry out marketing and promotional activities, including preparing social media content and coordinating advertisements.
• Participate in educational events, expos, and seminars when needed.
• Keep regular communication with other counselors, clients, and institutional partners.
• Prepare necessary paperwork, fill out application forms, and maintain accurate files.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
