Footwear, Group Of Company, ICAD, Leather industry, Leather technology, Manufacturing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Tannery/Footwear
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Designing , Pattern making, Pattern & Production engineering handling of Men’s, Ladies’, Kid’s leather & non-leather shoes.
∎ Skill are equally required for manual process and in software regarding Design & pattern.
∎ Coordination of CAD/CAM Technology.
∎ Process hand over to production for all model, cutting guideline, Sample board, Swatch file with all technical aspects.
∎ Make consumption for new development.
∎ Make all document related with industrialization.
∎ Finalize BOL & SOP for production with department Head.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Check consumption with production.
∎ Implement new process to production (if any).
∎ Making auto stitching M/C program & implement it to production.
∎ Training PD team based on DECATHLON or standard training.
∎ Implement short method to production to reduce man power.
∎ Making control plan for ensuring quality of all model.
Salary: Negotiable
